Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date. However, during peak times such as sales or promotions, processing may take up to 10 business days.
For customers within the EU, orders are shipped via FedEx with receipt confirmation and insurance. After processing, delivery usually takes approximately 5-7 business days. Please note that orders are shipped only after payment has been confirmed and cleared. Standard delivery generally takes up to 10 business days, and all shipments are handled via FedEx.
International Shipping & Tariffs
Please be aware that shipping costs at checkout do not include any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Possible Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected carrier delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or service disruptions. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept chargebacks for delays caused by shipping carriers or natural events.
Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to sender, it is usually due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. This may happen if:
- The provided address does not exist.
- There is a typo or missing details (e.g., apartment, building, or suite number).
- The carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.
- The recipient has moved or refused the package.
In these cases, the package will be processed by our Returns Department, and we cannot reship or replace the order. If your package is returned, you will need to place a new order with the correct address. Please note that item availability and pricing are subject to change at the time of reordering.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
To prevent shipping issues, please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. Ensure all relevant information—such as abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route details—is correctly entered.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or make changes to the order.
